Amazing LED Poi!

I just received my Helix Poi and I LOVE them! The colors are so vibrant and they flow super smoothly. I used them at a festival last weekend and got so many compliments. They're really well-made and feel durable. Charging was a breeze, though one of the USB cables was a bit short. Definitely going to buy from UltraPoi again for more gear! I'm already thinking about getting an UltraWand next. Highly recommend this store to anyone into flow arts!

Good Orbit, Fast Shipping

I ordered an UltraOrbit and it shipped quickly. Got it in about 3 days. The orbit works great and was easy to set up. Happy with the purchase.

Good value on beginner set

I was looking for some poi to start out with and didn't want to spend a ton. The Beginner Poi Kit seemed like the best bang for my buck. Got it with a first order discount too, which was nice. Shipping was free because the order was over 85 bucks. It felt like a solid purchase for the price, definitely worth it for a beginner like me.

Decent Orb Poi, slow shipping

I ordered a set of Orb Poi a little while back. They're pretty cool, light up well and feel good to spin. The colors are vibrant, which is what I wanted. But man, it took about 7 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit slow. I'm used to things arriving quicker these days. Everything else was fine, just wish it got here a little faster.

Always reliable for gear

I've bought from UltraPoi a few times now, mainly for replacement parts and new props. This last order was for an UltraWand and some new Swivels. Like always, the quality was consistent with my previous purchases. The wand feels sturdy and the swivels are smooth. They pack things well, and I haven't had any issues with damaged goods. It's why I keep coming back, I know what to expect and they deliver. Good gear, good service, can't really complain.

Detailed review of Helix Poi

I recently bought a pair of Helix Poi from UltraPoi and was pretty impressed. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, and I got a confirmation email right away. Delivery took about five business days to reach me in California, which was within their estimated window. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived undamaged. The poi themselves feel very high quality; the LEDs are bright, and the controls are intuitive. I had a quick question about charging the first time, and their support team responded to my email within a few hours with clear instructions. Overall, a solid experience and a good product.

Good Orbit, quick ship

Got an UltraOrbit. Shipped fast, only took 3 days to reach California. Works as expected, spins well. Battery life could be a little longer, but it's not bad for the price.

Great value on a beginner set

I was looking for a good deal on some poi to start with and found UltraPoi. I ended up getting a Beginner Poi Kit during their holiday sale, which gave me a pretty good discount. The kit came with everything needed, including some basic LED Poi Balls and even a carrying bag, which was a nice touch. Shipping was free because my order was over $85, which saved me a few bucks. The quality for the price felt really good, especially for a first-time buyer like me trying to save money. The only minor thing was that the instructions could have been a bit clearer for a total newbie, but I figured it out.
